I happened upon Gotcha Covered Seeview Blinds & Shutters from the excellent reviews I read. I had been wanting to change my window treatments for a while and called Gotcha Covered to get an idea of my options. I cannot express how excellent my choice was. They were friendly, efficient, informative and overall fantastic. Janette was my home decor consultant and she came fully prepared, not only with a number samples for my perusal, but also the equipment to take all the necessary measurements and walk me through my options. Peter was the installation specialist and he was also excellent, efficient and knowledgeable. I was amazed how quickly he installed my blinds, programed the remote control and walked me through everything I needed to know. Its been a few days with my lovely new Hunter Douglas blinds and I am absolutely loving them. Thank you Gotcha Covered for making this process so easy and satisfying.

I was researching blind services in the area and after reading reviews of Gotcha Covered I decided to call and book a consultation. They were very knowledgable and arrived with several options to fit my needs. We had issues with dust and pollen with my Sillouette blinds and wanted something I could wipe easily to keep clean. They made suggestions and I am very pleased with the blinds. They look great and easy to clean. They were up front with the ordering time and installation was seamless. An adjustment did have to be made to the valance but that was made and came back promptly to fix. Very happy with the service from start to finish. Would definitely use this company again for future needs.

The measurements proved to be well done because when installed the blinds fit my odd windows perfectly. The installers were efficient and removed all packaging.
