Gotcha Covered Seeview Blinds and Shutters

I ordered floor to ceiling sheers for a very wide window. The service was great from start to finish. They were a little too long (not their fault) so they were taken back and adjusted. They were brought back to me 2 days later and they are perfect!

Carrie is amazing!! She helped us decide on the perfect blinds for our home at a great price! She also fixed my mom’s Hunter Douglas blind that needed repairing. She is awesome!! Highly recommend!!

I had been wanting to change my window treatments for a while and called Gotcha Covered to get an idea of my options. I cannot express how excellent my choice was. Janette was my home decor consultant and she came fully prepared, not only with a number samples for my perusal, but also the equipment to take all the necessary measurements and walk me through my options. Peter was the installation specialist and he was also excellent, efficient and knowledgeable. I was amazed how quickly he installed my blinds, programed the remote control and walked me through everything I needed to know. I knew which blinds I wanted ahead of time. Sent in a request to have someone bring samples to my home and measure the windows. The response was fast. The measurements proved to be well done because when installed the blinds fit my odd windows perfectly. The installers were efficient and removed all packaging. I will definitely use this company again.

I was researching blind services in the area and after reading reviews of Gotcha Covered I decided to call and book a consultation. They were very knowledgable and arrived with several options to fit my needs. We had issues with dust and pollen with my Sillouette blinds and wanted something I could wipe easily to keep clean. They made suggestions and I am very pleased with the blinds. They look great and easy to clean. They were up front with the ordering time and installation was seamless. An adjustment did have to be made to the valance but that was made and came back promptly to fix. Very happy with the service from start to finish. Would definitely use this company again for future needs.

Very happy. Told to wait for new stock due to modification of health & safety regs. Well worth the wait. Install fellows were friendly and measuring person very good and fast. I’ll shop for blinds here forever. They do repairs and have lifetime guarantee with very competitive prices.

We ordered three window blinds for a room and they were delivered in about three weeks. They removed the old window coverings and replaced them. It took less than 30 minutes and they also took the old ones for disposal. I would certainly recommend them to do window coverings.
